Muay Thai
What is Muay Thai?
Muay Thai is a striking based martial art originating from Thailand. 'Muay Thai' literally means 'The Art of Eight Limbs' because it utilises eight points of contact: hands, feet / lower legs, knees and elbows.
As well as being a devastatingly effective striking system, Muay Thai is an incredibly good way to get fit. While many people learn Muay Thai to compete in striking competitions, even more people learn it simply for the health and fitness benefits.
